Reaffirm ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iOS application.

Information We Don't Collect

Reaffirm is built with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Audio recordings or affirmations you create
• Usage data or analytics
• Device information
• Location data
• Advertising identifiers
• Any other personal or sensitive information

How Your Data is Stored

All audio recordings and affirmations you create are stored locally on your device using:

• Local File Storage: Audio files are saved in your device's Documents directory
• UserDefaults: Recording metadata (names, dates, durations) is stored locally on your device

Your data never leaves your device. We have no servers, no cloud storage, and no backend infrastructure that could access your information.

Microphone Access

Reaffirm requires access to your device's microphone to record affirmations. This permission is:

• Requested only when you first attempt to record
• Used exclusively for recording audio on your device
• Never used to transmit audio to external servers
• Fully under your control through iOS Settings

Third-Party Services

Reaffirm does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or external APIs. There are no third parties that have access to your data.

Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by:

• Your device's passcode or biometric authentication
• iOS's built-in security features and sandboxing
• Your device's encryption (when enabled)

Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete individual recordings at any time within the app
• Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all recordings and data
• No data remains on any servers (because we don't have any)

Children's Privacy

Reaffirm does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app can be safely used by all ages as no data is collected or transmitted.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect any data, there is no data to:

• Request access to
• Request correction of
• Request deletion of
• Request portability of

You already have complete control and ownership of all your data on your device.
